The tradition of Romagna in the kitchen is a combination of flavours, fragrances and memories, of tasty, flavourful and quality dishes that invite you to smile.
Our family personally takes care of the hotel kitchen, paying great attention to the preparation of each dish.
We like to introduce you to those specialties of Romagna that we have always loved: fresh pasta, piadina, homemade desserts and typical local meat and fish dishes, made with local ingredients.

Breakfast
Right from breakfast, you will be greeted by the fragrant scent of cakes freshly baked by Maria, Gianfranco's wife, who uses healthy and historical recipes. A wide choice of sweet and savoury delights will greet you at Hotel Gianfranco and give you the right energy for your day at sea.
The desserts are strictly homemade: cakes, biscuits, tarts, plum-cakes and even tasty brioches. On holiday it's time to indulge in a few treats!

Lunch and dinner
You can choose from three meat and fish menus each day, so you can always try different, tasty dishes. Take a seat in the elegant air-conditioned dining room and let our friendly waiters serve you professionally.
There is always a rich buffet of hot and cold side dishes, savoury pies and focaccia for lunch and dinner. The lunch and dinner buffet are on view only, protected by a display case, served safely by our kitchen staff.

Children at the table
Smaller guests often have very different dietary needs from ours: at Hotel Gianfranco we have thought of them too!
Our chef is always available to prepare the children's favourite dishes following mum and dad's advice. Particular attention is reserved for children in the weaning phase with careful preparation of baby food and vegetable broths always fresh with organic products. For greater serenity during the meal, our young guests can enter the dining room in advance. You will find everything you need on the table: high chairs, risers, placemats, cutlery and coloured glasses.
